Philip Caporaso is a Vice President at Tavros where he supports the firm’s development and asset management platforms.  Prior to joining Tavros, Mr. Caporaso was a Development Associate at Soho Properties where he was principally responsible for the development of a new construction hotel in Times Square. Mr. Caporaso also served as a Senior Project Manager at Clinton Housing Development Company where he was responsible for the development, maintenance, and asset management of affordable housing and community facilities on Manhattan’s West Side. Mr. Caporaso received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Purdue University and Master of Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
